Initial Enquiries

When you first get in touch, a member of the Design Glass team will be available to talk through your project and your glass requirements. Whether you need a piece of stained glass repairing or would like more information on our glass ceiling domes, our team will be able to assist. They will be able to provide estimates, product information and lead times based on your enquiry.

Every project is different but there is a high chance that we have come across a similar project before, therefore, we will be able to send designs and images across to help with the process.

If you would like to receive an estimate for an upcoming glass project, we normally ask for sizes and a few images. Depending on the size of the project, this should be enough for us to put together a fairly accurate estimate.

Alternatively, a lot of our customers prefer to visit our workshop first and take a look at our glass samples and previous work. If you are able to bring plans and photographs with you, please do so.
